Mariellen’s GF Pumpkin Muffins

1.75 cups brown rice flour

1/4 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

3/4 tsp. sea salt

1/2 tsp. ground cloves

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1 cup agave (or sugar if you eat it)

1/2 cup vegetable oil (or coconut oil)

1/2 cup cold water

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup pumpkin


Preheat oven to 350.

In large bowl combine the dry ingredients. Add in the wet ingredients.  Beat well.  Fill muffin paper cups and bake for 30 minutes (my oven was about 25 minutes). Makes about 15 regular sized muffins.
