Cinnamon Rolls

I made the best cinnamon rolls tonight.  These will be made for special occasions like Christmas for sure!  Beans loved them, but Frank didn’t.  I think Frank doesn’t like cinnamon.  He did lick the bowl of cream cheese frosting clean though.  I found the recipe

All of the ingredients are written inblue.
Put all of this into the bread machine on the dough cycle:
1 cup warm milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
4 1/2 cups bread flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups yeast
After the dough is made, flatten it on a bread board to 16×21 rectangle.  Smear1/3 cup butter on the dough.  Then mix 1 cup brown sugar with 2 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon on the dough.  Roll the dough up into a log and pinch it closed.  Spray a 9×13 pan with vegetable spray or smear that with butter.  Cover and let the rolls rise for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Bake the rolls for 15 minutes.  
Mix the frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
When the rolls come out of the oven, spread them with the frosting so it melts.  Enjoy!
*Note: I cut all of the ingredients in half and made a half batch.  I used an 8×8 dish to bake the rolls in.
**Sometimes I use Moomie’s dough for the bread part.
